These people are very polite! The young lady who answered the phone was very professional, she went out of her way to assist us with every & anything that we had asked about & she knew everything we had asked about. The installers were very, very professional....they went out of their way to make sure they did everything well. They even cleaned up after themselves, & treated us with the upmost respect!!! Not only are we going to use them again to replace other windows, we refer them to whoever says anything about needing window's
