Tredway Pools Plus

After waiting almost two weeks for a quote on fixing our pool and many phone calls asking when the quote would be ready in that time frame, they came back and said that they couldn't do the work. It seems to me that they could have told us that when they came out to look at the job.

Love them!!! Started on Monday and had water in the pool by Friday and swimming on Saturday!!! Very nice and professional workers. Highly recommend!!

I always fix things myself but could not figure out what my spa was doing. Looking online was no help. So I had to make the dreaded phone call for service. BUT I was very pleased with the service department at Tredway. Actually shocked on how fast a technician could come out to my home. The tech was knowlegable and communicated clearly with what was going on and what the cost were going to be. The spa was fixed the day of the service!

Freeway does good work most of the time. I had a new pool liner installed about 3 years ago but the beading which snaps into the plastic edge keeps popping out in places and that allows water to seep between the liner and the steel backing. The won't repair it with out an extra charge.
