After spending almost $300 with another company for determining the source of a leak from our shower into the basement, I wisely consulted NSPH for a second opinion. They didn't charge for their initial time to find the problem and repaired the leak in half a day. The other company was going to rip out the entire shower and floor, several days work! I saved thousands by choosing NSPH. It has been several months and still no leak! My advice? CALL NORTH SIDE PLUMBING FIRST!! John B., Goshen, Indiana

When we completed an addition to our current residence we used Northside at a friends recommendation. Wow...were we sorry. Luckily the inspector found they were trying to get by with smaller pipe than code and they had to rip out and re-install with the right piping. Then they tried to charge us $3,000 more than the original quote when the job was done. We now have problems with drainage in that part of our house. Stay away from them!
Had a new water heater installed. Very satisfied with the work and price.
