Did leaf cleanup. Friendly well mannered and respectful young men. Paid by the man hour. Sent 2 young men to do the job. Took paid breaks every hour of between 10 and 20min each so by man hours that is equal to 20 to 40 minutes each hour paid break time. Was charged for 7 hrs and 40 minutes. 3 hours and 40 minutes per worker. I know when I worked for a company I got one 15 min break before unpaid lunch and one 15 min break after lunch. So I was charged for between 1 and 2 hours minus 1/2 hr required (15 min each) of break time.
