Brian was extremely thorough, and found a problem that two previous cleaner/repairmen had missed - and got my furnace up and running with a simple service call. After having two people who didn't really know what they were doing - it was nice to have someone actually troubleshoot the problem rather than just suggesting replacing expensive parts without figuring out what the problem was. .
I had a complete system replacement (furnace & central air). Tim, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate, no hard selling, and suggested the equipment I would need for my home. The installers were at my home at the time they said they would be. The install was neat and professionally done. I would be proud to recommend TDH Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC service or installation.
Our expectations were exceeded! The installation of our new systems was done in a very professional manner. The entire process was a very pleasant experience. We love our new Trane equipment. TDH Mechanical offered a fair, and competitive, price. Their service was superior. We look forward to an ongoing relationship to keep our new Trane systems operating at peak performance in the coming years.
These guys are great! Never tried to sell me on products I didn't need. The price I was quoted was the price that I paid. They showed up early, finished on time. Set up my thermostat and showed me how to change filters, and replace humidifier pad. This company was a pleasure to work with!
