Thank you and your staff for providing excellent service to Johnsburg School District 12. i have dealt with several other boiler and welding shops over the years and i can say that i sleep much better at night knowing that we can count on you to take care of our boiler and welding needs. You have had great response time, reliability and communication, especially in emergency situations. I would like to start by thanking Rayes Boiler & Welding for committing to their extraordinary service.A busted boiler in Chicago during winter is super bad news. When our old boiler went out, the management company referred us to Rayes Boiler & Welding. All of the Rayes Boiler & Welding employees were prompt, on time, polite, courteous, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable in explaining to me about their Firebox boiler systems. Their Firebox boilers are greener than most boilers on the market today, by lowering fuel usage and reducing emissions release into the air. Ramen is very professional and patient with answering all my questions about the boiler system in a timely manner.Great experience from the start. Rayes Boiler & Welding blew me away with their professionalism, dedication and fair pricing. These guys deliver what all other companies promise! Hands down the BEST! Go with them!
