Terrible Customer service!I agree Alene , I had a bad experience with the staff, they were rude, because I want to exchange an item the brought a day before, I had the box and receive. They told me that I could exchange. I have been a customer. I would never shop there. The good thing there are out more stores where can I find medical supplies.

I have been getting my Ostomy Supplies from these folks for almost four years now, ever since my Ostomy Surgery. They are a dream to deal with. I am a phone customer, and they are always polite and helpful. They have assisted me with what quantities I needed to order, product advice and assistance with insurance requirements, particularly since I went on Medicare. They always ship immediately and my orders have always been complete and correct. I could not ask for anything more. I live in a retirement home, so I sometimes hear about problems other people have with suppliers. I always try to advise them to switch to Mark Medical, but you know how stubborn people can be.
