i had a bad burning smell coming from my breaker box in the basement. My wife called the fire department and when they came over they said we need an electrician, because our main breaker was burned in the box. .I called all suburban and Danny told me a technician would be their within the hour. sure enough the tech joe was at my house in about 40 minutes. he checked the box and replaced the bad breaker and restored my power. he charged me 52.50 for his labor and 127.00 for the main circuit breaker .while he was picking up his tools i asked if he can check a couple of dimmers that did not work, he said no problem, they were bad dimmers which he replaced and did not charge me for the switches or labor. I asked why not charge me ,and he said its a family owned company and they work hard on good customer service and we don't work on maximizing our work order ,we try to maximize happy customers... Well let me tell you ,, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE
