Bought 3 A/C split system from them years ago. right away, 1 did not cool the room at all, had to have them rebalance that unit. Spent almost 10 grand in total, but trying to have them come back to service was very hard, the person handling schedule was really rude and mean over the phone, when I couldn't them to schedule for maintenance, (he said he can't promise the date)and told him I bought the system from them, he said, he doesn't care, go find somebody else.
