While we had no issue with the quality of work, we were shocked/disappointed to learn the cost to replace a sink garbage disposal - labor was 3 times the cost of the part and time on the job was @40 minutes to complete work. We will think twice before using Roto-Rooter again as well as recommending them.
Alex was very knowledgeable. He wanted to solve our ejector pump issue. I was called 30 minutes before his arrival by the office. I will use their services if a future need arrises.
