Heard was excellent, he was prompt and had great customer service. I liked the fact that he was so easy to work with and honest. Would recommend to anyone. Ric

I was sure that my dryer had a bad heating element so I changed it myself. Still no luck. So I called George Heard and he came that day, found the problem (bad relay), ran into town to get the part and had us back up and running. Don t try to fix it yourself. Call George!
