We have been with Anchor for about 14 years, and they never let us down. When one of our units died last week, we were in a panic because the heat was unbearable. David Bentley called, and showed us how important we are as customers by making things happen. I had my script all prepared for when I was going to speak with him, but he surprised me by calling me first. David was able to maneuver schedules and units in order to replace our unit, the same day! He kindly listened and understood our circumstances, and took action immediately. We are forever grateful, and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.P.S. The techs are awesome as well! A shoutout to Jeremy Pardue for his diligence as well.

I have found the people of Anchor to be very customer oriented and always available any time I needed help.

My furnace would reach the programmed temperature and due to the age of the unit, I wanted a quote on the cost of a replacement. The technician suggested a diagnostic service to access the issue and noted that although the unit was old, it did not need to be replaced. He arrived prior to the time quoted, was professional and personable. I would definitely recommend utilizing this company!

Anchor has been great with servicing my heating and air system for the last 17 years. Their staff is professional, courteous, and willing to work with my schedule. They even have gone above and beyond the call of duty by staying late (after 6pm) on a Friday holiday weekend to order and install a part to ensure I had a working AC unit during the hottest part of summer.

Timely Service and Quick Repairs. Never have to worry about a thing with these guys. Trustworthy and fair!!

The service at Anchor H/C is beyond excellent! I have had issues at awful times of the weekend in the midst of summer and they have not fixed my unit within a day, also supplied me a window unit to keep my house cool while waiting for the new part! These guys are awesome!

We first used Anchor back in summer 2010 when it was sweltering inside because apparently our ac unit went out. They had a tech out within a couple of hours on a Sunday. They gave us the diagnosis, knowing the unit was well past it’s prime, offered to do a bandage type fix to keep it running until we could get a new unit installed. They even offered to let us borrow a window unit if it went out again prior to installation. How many businesses do you know that offer a loaner of anything with no strings attached? The company, its competent technicians, and their office personnel are the main reasons why 8 years and another house later, we still not only rely on Anchor, but we recommend them to others!

Anchor Heating & Air has been an asset to our business as they are competent and responsive. It is apparent that the leadership and all the way through the ranks of company care about doing it right!
