We just had our septic tank pumped out. The receptionists were very pleasant and Lisa was extremely accommodating to our business hours. The worker they sent out was Very professional and extremely pleasant. We would highly recommend them for all your Septic needs.
Do not believe the "buyer beware" review below. I was the prospective buyer in that situation and the seller is mad about a number of issues that had NOTHING to do with Southern Sanitary's performance. Southern Sanitary performed two thorough inspections and I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were empathetic, thorough and came out for multiple inspections to check their work against the seller's false accusations.
BEWARE!!!! Rip off artist. This company came out to a home we were selling and did a 10 minute test and said tank needed to be replaced due to tank leaking. Called second company out, they actually pumped the tank and did thorough inspection and testing and found the tank and drain field were in great shape with no leaks. Manager said to bad use the other company from now on. After talking to others about it I hear the same story from 4 other people of the same company with the same scam. If you use them just be ready to replace your tank no matter what.

We're building a privacy wall around our pool, as the workers were digging for the foundation they found a septic tank near the pool equipment we didn't know was there; we needed it removed from our property ASAP. We called a few companies and Southern Sanitary Systems sent out a rep and gave us an incredible quote that day. We hired them and they obtained the necessary permits and had it done within 2 days!!! They were professional and orderly, as I watched them it came to mind they worked together like a symphony, smooth and well practiced. The gentleman who ran the backhoe used it as if it were his own hands, he never touched a pipe. After they completed removing the tank and filling in the hole it looked almost as if it was never done except for the loss of grass. The property was graded and ready to sod.It could have been a very anxiety producing process but the workers performed with such confidence I had no fears. I HIGHLY recommend Southern Sanitary
Southern Sanitary did an amazing job at my home. They came out to empty and abandon my septic tank in a very professional manner. The crew brought all the needed equipment and personnel to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up after they filled in the hole and even put in grass seed where needed. All at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you to all who completed the job.
