J&R were fantastic! They was able to get me into their busy schedule due to this being the only opportunity for the job to get done. They were 10 minutes early and started work right away. Company has unexperienced workers. Had this company run electric from our house to detached garage. Right away they cut through the Verizon Fios optic fiber line running to house and we had loss of phone, Internet, TV for 4 days. No apology, no concern for the major inconvenience, and nothing done about damages. They just kept working as if nothing. The explanation why, they thought it was a tree root even though a large Verizon box was right under the electric box. It was obvious the utility line was there. The cost for loss of utility and cost of repair was out of our pockets.
Made it right. In fairness I have to follow up with my earlier negative review. Mr. Juan contacted me this morning with strong apology and is making all attempts possible to correct the inconvenience. I appreciate that from them. It was a mistake on an employee's part and the company had done what they can to correct.They do stand behind their work.
Very professional work. I'm currently deployed out of country and they were outstanding with there scheduling out of normal work hours. They came in assess the situation and got right to work. Very well organized and efficient. I've used them in the past and will continue to use them in every project I have in my home.
