Groundscapes does NOT like to show up even after you call and they tell you they will be there that day. I was scheduled for weekly mowing and they continually failed to show. They skipped my lawn last week and when I called yesterday they said they "don't know" why they skipped me but they would be out in the afternoon. They NEVER showed, nor did I get a call with an explanation, reschedule, apology, etc. This is two weeks in a row they haven't shown up and it's also the 3rd time they haven't mowed when they said they would. I would NEVER recommend this company... choose a different company that is professional and reliable
