Sun Pavers of Florida

Please be advised that this company subcontracts out some of their jobs, and unfortunately, we did not get the quality of workmanship shown at their facility. The pavers are of high quality, but the workmanship, in this case, of the finishing/edging was substandard to say the least. We had many problems communicating with the workers, as most did not speak English. We would get calls to say they would be working, and no one would show up for the job. We questioned some of the workmanship, and the workers would become agitated. The supervisor overseeing our job only showed up a few times, and not to supervise, but to inquire about our issues. Initially, we had to take pavers out on our own because the pattern had not be followed. The first time cement was added to the edge, it got on many of the pavers and our house. The second time, they added a color to the edging which actually makes things worse. Also, probably because they were wanting to get through with our job quickly, the put the edging down in a sloppy way, and did not smooth the edges to at least make it look a little more professional. The project took much longer than had been expected. Our project was not a large job, probably average, and took much longer than the 2-3 days as expressed by the salesman. It seemed that what could go wrong did go wrong with our paving project. Even though we sent an 8 page letter detailing everything, the company did nothing to make it right. We now have the worst paving job in the area and it is our driveway. Sorry...but TAKE CAUTION!!
