We had the best experience with this company. We had a pool that had needed quite a bit of work and had no idea of what company to choose. After talking to Mark the owner he had wonderful suggestions that where cost effective. The crew that worked with Mark was very professional, showed up on the job, completed the pool in record time, no head aches, hassles, or regrets. I LOVE MY POOL. Sheryl Harper
We obtained three estimates and selected Mark as the best contractor to remodel our 20+ year old pool and deck. We had several complicated deck and plumbing issues which Mark handled very well. Mark and his crew were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. They were at our house every day by 8:00 a.m. and worked all day. There were no billing surprises; they did what they said they would do at the agreed upon price. We found Mark to be very friendly and helpful. His suggestions were excellent and we are thrilled with our newly renovated pool and deck!! I highly recommend Pool & Spa Creations and owner, Mark Adkins.

Mark came to my residence to do an estimate for a re-model of our pool deck and for a 12' x 12' deck extension. After talking with Mark and him answering several of my question I was very impressed by his knowledge and matter of fact. After receiving Marks estimate I felt he gave a fair cost for the job. I had three other companies give me estimates, but I felt Mark had an above average work ethic and integrity. Mark and his crew arrived at my house each morning when they said they would arrive and did their work until it was complete. We went from the old style Kool Decking and had Mark re-model the deck and deck extension with an Acrylic Pool decking and cut a french drain along the house. Each day Mark and his crew left for the day, they left the work area very neat. When the job was finished our decking looked exceptional. Mark and his crew does the job right and do not take short cuts. I highly recommend this company. GREAT JOB!!! Thank you Mark, Kenny and Howard
Mark was very friendly, very responsive to calls, and gave me the best advice for my spa- would definitely recommend
Mark and his staff did an incredible job! They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and finished ahead of schedule. The quality of workmanship was first class; the quality of material was first class. We had one slight concern that Mark and his staff came back and took care of at no additional cost to us. I would recommend them to anyone.
I called for an estimate to replace my sand filter. The day before Mark of Pool & Spa Creations was scheduled to come, my filtration system stopped working. I researched, called a local pool store, etc to no avail. When Mark came to give us the estimate, he discovered the problem and promptly took care of it. He gave us a competitive estimate to replace the sand filter and scheduled the work the following week. He and his assistant were professional, on time, and fast. They did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely. They were pleasant, polite and a pleasure. I will definitely call them the next time we need anything done concerning our pool.
AWESOME JOB!! I just had my pool and deck refinished. Mark and his crew were fantastic. I suggested a color scheme and he brought a great assortment of tiles and pavers for me to choose from with great suggestions on how to make the most of my pool. Mark and his crew took a pool that had been neglected for many years and made it look like a fancy retreat you would find at the high end travel resorts. They did such a good job with the pool I had them come back and extend the deck. Mark is very easy to work with, answers all your questions and treats you with respect. If you are looking to refinish or just change your deck, give him a call. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Pool & Spa Creations, I look forward to many happy summers at my pool.
