Bought a Rheem tankless that gave me problems. Lion requested I call the manufacturer in order to exchange for same brand. Would not refund nor exchange for different brand. Got home and realized that the new water heater was used. Still had the Teflon marks and scratches from prior installation. Don't do business with these guys.

Had a similar problem from another reviewer.Tankless heater does not work. Manufacturer (eemax) said they would send replacement parts but wouldn't exchange the product.Lion refused to take the product back.
Excellent service in the showroom - parts counter always busy and efficient. Don't read the other reviews, this company can not be faulted for a manufacturer's warranty not covering their problems!
