I purchased PGT windows and doors less than 1.5 yrs ago. All still under warranty. The French doors white interlace began to discolor within the glass and have emailed and called both Atlantic and PGT without resolution for over 7 months. Atlantic Windows' Manager, Gordon, never responds to either emails or numerous calls, and Barbara, the receptionist stated that PGT has sent the wrong glass. This has occurred twice. I then reached out to Kenneth Kennedy in PGT aswell and he said someone would contact me and no one did. He no longer worked in Consumer Relations. I emailed Marjorie Powell and Brian King in PGT, consumer relations and received no response as well.
It is the best place to buy windows. I bought a couple PGT impact windows from them. The service was great! The prices are unbeatable. I'm really happy with their service, They act fast with permit and inspection it take only 2 weeks the most to finish replacing my windows. I have a new windows ready for the hurricane season now.. Check them out!
This company provides excellent service and backs up their work. There is always someone live to answer any questions when you call and they really appreciate me as a customer.
