Terry Vereen Plumbing

Had not had much luck with bigger plumbing companies, so wanted a smaller company where their name and their work were important to their reputation. Took a chance on Terry Vereen Plumbing after reading a few good reviews elsewhere. Delighted to say that they showed up on time, got right to work...no chit chat...did excellent work and got done before the first hour was up. Very pleased. Hope I won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but I won't hesitate to call them if I do.

We hired them for a whole house re-pipe job in St Augustine Shores due to copper pipe issue. Terry Vereen Plumbing followed thru with everything they told us they would do, beforehand, during and after the job. They scheduled the work in a timely fashion...which was important to us as we were living without running water! They showed up at appointed time, 2 trucks, 5 guys and got the job done that day. The County inspector just came today and signed off saying the work was excellent. They insulated all of the pipes which the inspector said is not even a requirement anymore. The crew was clean cut, polite and respected our stuff. They put down a tarp in a carpeted area where they had to cut the sheetrock as to not make a mess. They swept and vacuumed at the end of the job. As a side note, homeowners insurance did not cover one dime of this job....since we did not have damage. We talked to about a dozen plumbing companies about this job and 3 actually came out to give us estimates. Terry Vereen's estimate was one of the lowest. Also, I might add that Terry Vereen Plumbing was the only one I spoke to who even seemed to care that we were here without running water! The entire staff was great. From the owner, Terry, the office staff and the crews who came out. We could not be more pleased with Terry Vereen Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone who is faced with any plumbing issues.
