Not very friendly and they don't take returns even when they tell you it will fit and it doesn't. You have to beg them to help you with the parts. I went in there in November and they were to busy with the Christmas Shop to help me with my pool problem.
Month ago my family and I were shopping for pool.Selection came down to 2 . Rec warehouse had 6 months no interest with min payment deal and Splash had 1 year no interest with min payment.OK-Splash it is! Now when is time to pay first payment we are being charged 23.99% interest rate till we pay off pool. I called to speak with Susan (older lady - wolf in ship skin - who originally told us proposition of this deal) I mentioned that we were charged wrongfully her reply was that was not what she said. Even big billboard next to I95 close to exit 344 north bound said same : "SPLASH big summer sale - 1 year NO INTEREST". If you buying from this stinkers which I highly NOT RECOMMENDING please ask for details. They will rip you off otherwise. They are NOT what they seems like. I am stuck for long time now, please don't make same mistake. Its a shame that old lady like Susan lie for little bit money like there is no God and karma. She should know better, business based on lies have no future!
