Jiffy Plumbing & Heating

I called about 5 heating and plumbing companies and Jiffy was the only one that could come immediately and their service call cost was about 50% less than other companies. Jiffy came right on time and fixed our propane fireplace insert in 20 minutes. It works great and I am a very happy customer. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing or heating problem. Great overall service. Professional and responsive staff. Had a recent, high cost, busted water main repair need. Peter Kristiansen came out quickly and gave me a thorough and detailed estimate for cost, as well as type and time for the required work. His staff completed work on schedule with minimal disruption to my family's routine. Prior to commencing work, I called several competitors to compare estimates. They either never showed up, or showed up late and gave me estimates almost double the one by Pete.

We had an emergency on a Saturday with our drains backing up into our house, called 10 plumbers before I found one who could come out the same day, it took 4-5 hours before Scott from Jiffy showed up but I was told it would take that long. Scott was friendly, efficient, very skilled and kept us abreast of what he was doing. He wasted no time and did an excellent job, I would recommend him to anyone.
