We ordered doors through Hodges because we felt their prices were better then the competition. However, the salesman sold us on non-Anderson doors (by Semco). Though it took a while for them to come in, the installation was professional. However, we have had to repair them, including replacing the entire locking systems at least three times in less than 7 months. Recently Hodges contacted Semco to send a repairman out just to be sure they weren't missing anything. The repairman replaced the locks and one is sticking again less than a week later. Bottom line: I love Hodges and feel they have been attentive to solve the problem with the doors so far; I hate the doors. Wish I'd gone with the Anderson brand. If the company replaces the doors with ones that consistently work, I'll change their rating to 5 stars!
