Seems like a business more catered to simple and routine repairs. If you have an older or less than ideal system this will more than likely just irritate Green Mountain Turf. My project was ignored and pushed 2+ weeks behind the promised time line. Once on site I was met with nothing but anger and frustration with my older system. This anger made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. At the end of the service I was promptly told to "loose Green Mountain Turfs phone number" and stated that they were no longer interested in my business. Not only that but the final bill was 3x the initial estimate with no warning. So if you have simple repairs these guys might be perfect. Try to avoid if your problems are in anyway outside the norm. Also be prepared to pay at least 3-times your estimate. In the end please avoid if at all possible.
