This was a great experience. The sales people were very friendly and willing to help! Even though they did go through a move into a new location, it was still business as usual. I loved my experience.

Terrible experience! Rude and expensive. We went to granite depot for one of their "sales" and were very disappointed. They do have an impressive warehouse of granite with great selection. However, we quickly learned that the "sale" price didn't apply to anything they had in stock. We had a small kitchen we were shopping for and when the sales lady found out how little square footage we had her attitude changed. We had received several bids around the $2000 range. She told us if we got one of their "discount" colors we might be able to keep the cost to about $4000!!! Really!!??? Twice as much for the same exact colors we had looked at other places?? This place is ridiculously expensive the sales people are rude and pushy and will never go back and will tell everyone I know who is looking for granite to avoid granite depot like the plaugue!!! Seriously if you shop around you will absolutely find better deals from good reputable and polite granite shops.
The same day of install I discovered two cracks. One in the bar area both on top and bottom. The second on the piece of slab beneath it. We pointed it out to the installers who spoke very little English and they told me to contact Granite Depot. When the installers we're getting ready to leave I wrote on the form they had me sign saying that the work has been completed that there were cracks in those two areas before I signed it and immediately called Granite Depot to see how they could rectify the situation. I spoke with the customer service manager Jennifer that day who asked me to take pictures and to email them to her and someone would get back to me within 3 to 5 business days. Well a week passed and I had to make a call to see what was going to happen. Jennifer’s response was that according to the pictures, the cracks appear to be fissures and that they could send somebody to make “repairs.”When we spoke to Jennifer about the repair she told us that after speaking to her manager they would replace the bar area but would not replace the lower area as they insist it is a fissure. We also noticed a new crack that appeared after they made repairs to the other side of the counter top next to our stove that was not there before. We have made it clear that we would like those pieces to be replaced and they have told us they would replace the bar area but are not willing to replace the other part. Several phone calls over the past few weeks to the head manager Robie have gone unanswered. We are currently waiting to hear from them as to when they're going to repair the bar area as they are trying to locate the rest of the slab that we had used. We will update once we receive a response from Granite Depot to see if they are going to rectify this situation or if we are going to court and the Better Business Bureau. Right now I would not recommend using them due to poor customer service and shoddy work.
We drove from Thornton on Saturday looking for granite for our vanity. We were very disappointed in the service we received. The two sales ladies (if you want to call them ladies) we encountered were rude and one was plan nasty to us. My husband asked one of them if they had a tape measure he could use and she literally threw it at him. Not one time did any of the sales staff acknowledge us being there. The only nice staff we encountered there was the lady at the main entrance and one of the gentleman working in the warehouse (he tried to get us some help). We waited for an hour (again no acknowledgement from sales) before we walked out. I went to work on Monday and told everyone about our experience. I heard the same response, people who went there said the sales rep's were rude. I personally think Dave Logan should reconsider having this company on his list until they learn customer service!
Granite Depot sells lemons! If you buy slabs from Granite Depot, they send your slabs up the road to Stone Crafters to fabricate. It's a total scheme and rip off! Whomever is purchasing these slabs for these places knows how to rip people off! Like this business model: Buy the crappiest high end cars you can find for pennies in other countries. Have the same high end but aesthetically beautiful cars advertised for a "blow out sale" on your lot (blow out= marked down from extremely overpriced to just overpriced). Let consumers come marvel at the beautiful selection of inventory you have available for them to purchase and put in their very own garage. Pressure them to sign the bottom line at all costs as quickly as possible and once they have, send them the high end car of their dreams, but not the one they saw and picked at the showroom! Instead, make a few extra bucks for yourself and keep your beautiful showroom inventory to bait another consumer while you send them the crappy, falling apart version of the car they selected. Then when the customer calls complaining that they're dumbfounded that a company would ever think they can operate this way, pretend you're preoccupied!

DON'T SIGN the CONTRACT!!! If I could give zero stars I would! This place is very pushy and over priced! After being pushed into signing a contract and giving a deposit, and being told that I could come back with better measurements of my kitchen and then pick out the exact granite I wanted, I was given a quote. When I called back and said that I did not want to move forward and would like a refund, at this point NO work had been done, I'm told they don't give refunds! It is in the very small print of the contract I was pushed into signing. When asked what work am I paying for they can't answer the question. No one there will give you any explanation as to why they can't refund my money other than you signed a contract! But no work has been done!! I believe that people should be paid for work performed but nothing has been done. I find this contract and their business practices to be very shady and down right criminal!! Go somewhere else, don't give these people your money!!!!
What a treat! Granite Depot saved my Christmas. I’m new to Colorado and the house I purchased needed a lot of work, but I wasn’t expecting to host a holiday party this year.I needed my kitchen and bathroom counter tops replaced in a hurry so I asked one of my new co-workers where to go. She said Granite Depot did her kitchen before Thanksgiving and it turned out great. I went into their big showroom off the highway and met with one of their design staff. They had a huge selection and did the installation themselves. Anyway, a few days later someone came out to measure and then Robert (the installer) and his assistant did a fabulous job with the installation. They were conscientious, and the workmanship of the installation was excellent. I would also like to comment that the person who came out to do the template was also great! (I forget his name). And I love having a real sink!! What a treat! (not that 4" deep piece of you-know-what that the cheap builders install). I still need to get my master bathroom and laundry room done, but Granite Depot has really transformed my kitchen into the favorite room in the house! Warm regards, Rochelle R
