This construction company built a house right next to mine and were extremely reckless while doing it. Over the course of the construction, they broke a sprinkler line, severed my sprinkler control wires, broke my fence, and completely messed up the landscape grade next to my house. Every time I reach out to them it takes months to get anything done and they still refuse to fix the water drainage issues they have caused on my property. I have spent hundreds of dollars fixing the damage and will likely spend $1-2k more fixing the grade next to my foundation.
