Forget the Big Box Window Stores. The Window Store is a local business. Mike, the owner actually was a consultant and taught me a few things, especially about energy efficient windows. It actually helped me make a decision on buying. Then the installation went perfectly. I recommend The Window Store for your new windows Colorado Springs. I was contracted by Mike Messina (the owner of The Window Store, Colorado Springs) to develop his company's direct marketing approach. I had to drop Mike as a client, after a few weeks of late payment, a bounced check, and finally when he decided not to pay me the balance due for services rendered. He still owes me money. I had a number of company's come into my home to give me estimates on my windows. They all seem to be price gouging! The Window Store gave me the most competitive price, and I would never have imagined how badly the other stores were trying to get me! The Window Store employees and contractors are extremely professional and organized and I am overjoyed with the results. This company has truly exceeded my expectations
We ordered windows form the window store on 11-4-14. It is now 2-11-15 and we still are waiting for this job to be completed. We have been mislead time and again. Some windows were not ordered, some were the wrong type and one did not fit any place in my house. I can not recommend this company to anyone. This job is over 68 days late.
The Window Store was a nice company to work with. I needed some new windows in my home and had a recommendation for this company. They helped me understand my options for price and design options for what I needed. They were very helpful. They were running late on the appointment, but called and let me know they were running a bit late.
The crew showed up a little bit ahead of schedule, introduced themselves and got busy working right away. They worked steadily until the job was completed. They were both very friendly and we enjoyed them. The windows look great. we are so happy we used The Window Store.
Johnny was very meticulous and professional. He was very tidy and went the extra mile to make certain everything was perfect. We enjoyed having him in our home. The windows are exactly what we wanted and have made the inside of our house noticeably quieter. Everything looks great.
