Craig was very professional, personable and knowledgable and tried very hard to fix our problem. Sadly it wasnt fixed in this visit but not from lack of trying on Craig's part. He showed up first thing on a Sunday morning and got right to work. Given the remote location I was impressed that he was able to find it without additional directions
I had Roto-Rooter come out today for a sewage backup in my bathtub and toilet. Making the appointment was very easy. Craig Wright showed up and had the problem diagnosed and solved within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and gave me many good tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. He recommended using a product called Pipesheild which is only sold by Roto-Rooter. I was very happy with his professionalism and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

I had Manuel Agulera and Chris McCarthy come out to install a new kitchen faucet and flush my tank-less water heater they were both extremely professional, both very knowledgeable. I will call them again in the future when I need plumbing work done. Great Job!! Manuel and Chris. Thank you so much.
