Paramount Siding and Windows Inc

Please do not use this company. The owner just got done standing my wife up (8/10/14) on a scheduled appointment to review his workers shoddy workmanship. His employee, Karen, called my wife 5 minutes before they were supposed to meet telling her he was in Denver and would not be able to make it. Karen's title should be "professional liar" by the way. When she tells you it will be 3 weeks until installation what she really means is 3 months. We had 3 windows installed. The company took our money in April and the windows were installed at the end of July. One window the workers broke while removing and my daughter cut her bare foot on glass they were supposed to have cleaned up. We are still finding glass shards. One window had trim around it and after removal and installation the workers replaced it with nothing. This window had gaps of approx 1 inch where the trim was supposed to go that the workers did not even caulk. After discussing with the owner all we were fed were excuses and he asked when we were going to pay our balance of $100. I would never, under any circumstances, use them again.

Paramount is a great company that goes out of their way to take care of you from start to finish. Products looks great and, their installers are friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to cover the whole house which most companys don't do. They offer free estimates and a great referral program that can give up to 500 dollars. I very much recommend them.

Working with Brandon and Paramount Windows and Siding was a very positive experience. Brandon was always punctual with any appointments or phone calls and office staff was great about keeping us informed of timelines, etc. for our project. The work was completed just as planned for and promised. We were very satisfied with everyone involved.

Thanks Brandon and everybody at Paramount Siding and windows for getting my windows in before winter. We can aleady tell the difference they make. I will be calling back for my siding when it needs to be done.

Ii had my windows done for the winter weather coming and this company did a fantastic job, i will be going through them to do siding and gutters once the weather warms back up. call them!
