I just want to thank Troy for the excellant support that he provided us with when we had to deal with the City of Westminster when they relined the sewers and sealed of the tap. If he had not gone to bat for us we would never have gotten the problem solved. He had to talk with the city crew that came out to check our complaint that we had no sewer service. The city just kept trying to say that it was our problem and that the plummers needed to do their job. Troy had already done the assement necessary to get the city to repair the damage that they had done. The long and the short of it is that Troy went above and beyond to get this matter resolved. In the meantime he contacted a company that could evlauate and clean up our crawl space of the sewer mess. They did a wonderful job as well. Thanks for the great service. Gus & Linda
Victor Garcia was one of the BEST experiences of customer service and professionalism along with Excellent Quality of work. He installed my Rheem AC system and Nest Thermostat.
watch out for the fake sales pitches. Their $88 for drain cleaning is per area, (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, etc.) their main pipe line drain cleaning is actuality closer to $400 dollars. Feeling ripped off ("they took it from us, nasty hobbitses"). Look elsewhere
i do not recommend do not give good service
Knowledge and great service!
Shawn S was great - friendly, and informative. Wish they could have gotten us booked a little sooner, but were able to get here in less than 12 hours. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, and the price was exactly what was stated online - $88.00!
ARS is a scam. Let me start by saying that asking for 50$ up front even if you dont work is a scam...you can give a 2 mil dollar bill and just go from house to house all day long collecting 50 bucks. (which is not far off from what happened to me) This is YOUR business YOU need to go out to people houses if you want to be in the plumbing business.. sometimes you can do business and sometimes you cant. How dare you make me pay for the ride over here. every plumber needs to go somewhere.I needed to take my bathtub faucet off and put a new one on. I took the face plate off and tried to loosen the faucet from behind the faceplate. It felt really tight so i called a plumber to come help me. they shined a flashlight behind the faceplate and said there are threads. then without even trying to loosen it he said we can get your shower working again. he proceeded outside to his truck with his accomplice, did some talking with each other, wrote something down on an invoice then headed back inside to talk to me. he handed me an estimate for over $2,000 dollars!! I said look guys i just want you to unscrew my faucet. they told me its so old they did not want to risk breaking anything. I grudgingly gave them 50 bucks and told them to be on their way.The next day I called a different plumber and when he got there he said and i quote "This faucet is made to be unscrewed without removing the faceplate. it was so simple he almost removed it without any tools. Now granted iam not a plumber i dont know anything about plumbing and it cost me 100 bucks to learn how to unscrew a faucet. But that is exactly why i called a plumber. These guys dident even know how the faucet worked and if they did know then they were purposely trying to scam me out of $2,000 dollars. Either way its not a business i ever want in my home again. Iam writing this hopefully to keep someone else from getting "ARS'ed".
I have used ARS for my plumbing needs for years and my latest experience was no different. Jeremy Walsh did a great job installing a new faucet in a very difficult place to work in. He was quick, efficient and kept both me and my wife informed what he was doing and why. GREAT JOB!! I'll will request him in the future for any plumbing needs.
