Unfortunately I was assigned this branch of ABC when I switched all of my orders to them after another supplier could not give me any customer service at all.This branch has made so many mistakes on my orders, they sent out materials that were not what I requested, hence breaching my customer contracts that specify certain brands, missed entire items repeatedly, delivered my jobs different than the confirmed delivery date given to me with no phone call. These types of mistakes cause hours of calling customers, rescheduling crews and mid roofs and tons of extra anxiety and stress on top of the normal anxiety and stress from a hail storm of this magnitude.They have made me appear unprofessional to my customers. And that affects my earnings.I just cancelled 11 orders with them and I doubt the Aurora branch will even care enough to ask why.If you want customer service from a supplier, as a Roofing Contractor, do yourself a favor and run far away from the Aurora Branch of ABC supply.
