I called Pinasco about 10:30am today to have some work done on a gas pipe, PG&E turned off my gas service last night due to a leak, I've had many companys to choose from but I decided to go with Pinasco, I've seen them around alot My appointment was between 1-5pm 2-18-11 today about 4:15pm Pinasco called and said they will have to make the appointment for Tuesday 2-22-11 because they don't send anyone out after 4pm and none of the workers called in yet. Why say 5pm if you don't mean 5 pm now I'm frantic to find another plumber whom now I'm going to have to pay a higher price for after hours. Thank you Pinasco for making me miss work and thinking its ok for someone to go without Heat, Hot Water and a Stove for cooking, till after the holiday is over. I gave you the coutesy of choosing your company, when I had so many other choices I see how you treat you customers and as long as I'm around when someone needs a plummer I will tell them about your rudeness, and lack of concern because you won't work after 5 pm. Once you make an appointment with someone you stay untill all of your work is done, don't overbook out of greed.Jessie Ann F. Flores
