I highly recommend R&R because of their fast response time in my time of need. I had my walk in freezer crash in the middle of the night and they were the first of 5 to actually answer my call for help. I was put in contact with their service manager within seconds and within minutes in contact with the dispatched technician. Even though they were not able to fix my freezer that night they went above and beyond their call of duty to accommodate me and my situation, which in the end saved me thousands in product. I want to thank their manager for his cool, calm, and collected attitude at that time of night and a special thanks to their technician Bradley who calmed my nerves the moment he walked in... and saved my head a few hairs:)
