Willow Glen Ace, we were visiting our Daughter after the birth of our first grandchild. We are from Iowa and am a fix it kind of guy. We came into Ace to get supplies for our Granddaughters new room. The place was clean, well stocked and staff very friendly. We were helped by Joe, he was so much fun to talk to and very helpful. We just came in to get some simple supplies and ended up staying for about 30 minutes just talking and laughing with him. He was able to help us and made us feel so welcome. This employee is a great asset to your company, wish we lived in this area, would come in just to see him. We wish you all the luck. Your franchise could benefit from hiring more employees like Joe, so down to earth , and just a joy to be around.
