highly recomended by 2 contractors in my area . service was great ,very helpful in showroom, installers were great they went above and beyond of what they had to do,never left a mess in my opinion they did more than my own contractor, always had a smile ,I will not go anywhere else , they have all my work
After hammering out a concrete floor and putting in a new drain, pouring new concrete...it was wrong. The pan was 3/4 off on the center of the drain. The drain was EXACTLY to their rough in specifications. It was wrong, because their mold was different. They made no attempt to remedy the problem. I got a refund...big deal. After using them for ten years, I removed them from the preferred vendor list. I have not seen this level of sarcastic un-professionalism in a long time. "Well, we have nothing for you" were the exact words. I have sent many customers to them, some complained of these same problems. It wasn't until I used them for my mothers house that I experienced the worst of it. I was left hanging with their mistake! In my opinion they are extremely unprofessional.
