Curtious and professional. John was our repair guy. He was running behind and we were his last stop. He called us to apologize for running late and give us a new expected time of arrival. When he arrives you would have thought we were his first stop and only customers for the day. He was super friendly with the family and got right to work fixing our drain and toilet issues. He also showed me some me minor things to look out for in the future. Will definitely recommend again!

Very impressed with Chris Sullivan! He was efficient with getting our drain cleared but also had a great attitude which makes a stressful situation so much easier.
