Called yesterday, problem fixed this morning.
Owner Brent Bennett responded promptly, gave a reasonable quote, and made the repairs. I've requested he resolve other sprinkler issues, as well as repairs and supplement specialty lines. Everything he hs installed hs been complete, neat and beyond my expectations. I totally recommend Brent for any sprinkler related installations. Jay R.
I had difficulty finding someone to give my 15 year old sprinklers the TLC they needed. Brent responded quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and delivered a fair bill. Not too much, but enough to get the job done. Jeff C.
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have worked with Brent Bennett of Older Home Specialists for several months now and have been very pleased with excellent service. As a property manager, I receive many calls about broken sprinklers, timers and poor coverage. Brent will return a call promptly and takes care of the problem the first time. I would highly recommend Older Home Specialists and we are pleased to have Brent as an MM Property Management vendor.
