9/3/14 came to paint our APT's parking lot. Was a windy day and parked where they told us and ended up getting white over spray all over my car and they wouldn't do anything to handle the issue. It was only $95 to fix and they still wouldn't take care of it. I'm a disabled vet living on SSI Disability every month and $100 less makes a big difference. I'm disappointed BBB didn't do anything to help with the issue and very disappointed the business wouldn't fess up to something they know they caused. They say it wasn't windy when archived weather reports show 10mph winds when they painted.I would go with another painting company.Lines look "ok", But in the parking spots are a bunch of little white dots from the over spray also, so doesn't even really look too good. But does look better than it did before. When you get your painting done though, make sure anything you don't want to have over spray on it is far away.I know $100 isn't much, but now in the working of filing a small claims court with them. I feel that damages a business have done to someones belongings shouldn't go by like it didn't happen. I have plenty of pictures and proof of the wind along with witnesses, just gonna take more time but it'll be taken care of.Can't really comment on price since we had nothing to do with that, but they must be pretty cheap since our APT's called them from up here. Get what you pay for, right?
