Montclair Construction did a fine job for us. Our house is over 100 years old and the front porch was showing significant dry rot in several places, as well a huge beam that supports a wisteria trellis. Robert gave us a fair, albeit not cheap, estimate and explained every repair in detail. The crew arrived and proceeded with the work in efficient fashion, even though it was partly interrupted by rain on several days. They tented the work and kept on until completed. They did a beautiful job, and cleaned up the site carefully. We are very satisfied with their work.
