They brought a small army and got more work done in a day than I ever thought possible. They were incredibly easy to coordinate with and their followup on a few small items afterwards was just as attentive as the primary service. Cleanup was impeccable! needless to say Novel Remodelling has a happy household as a new long term customer!

They gave me start date as last week of november and kept the promise. Novel Remodeling explained every task in detail on what is the next task. My husband and I especially had amazing experience throughout kitchen remodeling and walk through each day tasks. We ended up extending contracts to do lights for entire house. It only took 5 weeks to complete entire project. I would definately choose them & recommend them for anyone's project.
They were prompt to get out and discuss the scope and quickly followed up with a competitive quote. They were great to communicate with throughout and to get the final details ironed out and our contract signed. Their timeline for the work was accurate and they completed everything to a very high standard exactly as they had promised. We are already thinking about other projects and will be reaching back out to the Novel team - they will absolutely be our first choice.
