Hi Tom, We wanted to take this opportunity to officially thank you for your outstanding work installing our 50 year Elk roof We can't tell you how delighted we were at your speedy installation and professional work. We could not believe that you finished the entirety of the work in a day and a half... amazing!!! As soon as the roof was installed, we felt a huge sense of relief knowing that our house was protected by only one layer of three-dimensional shingles. We are truly in awe of your professionalism, generosity, and kindness of heart. Thank you.
Tom Garvey was only one of three contractors that was knowledgeable about putting on a torch down roof. He returned calls right away. He walked me through the process, and showed me other work he had done. I was very happy with the work he did on my roof. Edward C. Pasadena, CA
The work was done professionally and in half the quoted time. Workers put forth extra effort to keep debris off ceiling-less areas. Additionally, the team removed some extra trash we had around our property from other renovations when cleaning up. The roof looks good and added some needed structural support to the rafters. I had Garvey Roofing Inc. take care of my roofing problem. Mr. Garvey, the CEO himself came and checked the roofing issue. He wrote up an estimate, explaining terms of the contract. I didn't even have to pay until the job was complete. I had other roofing companies give me estimates, many were telling me to replace the whole roof when it was not necessary.Garvey Roofing Inc. operated very professionally and attended to the job for what needed to be done only. I am completely satisfied with their job and they assured me I could contact them if anything comes up with the job they attended to. They gave me the peace of mind that my roof was well taken care of.
With the recent rain, we have not had to worry about our roof. Thomas did an excellent job repairing tree damage on our San Vicente Rd. home. Thank you for your dilligence in making this job a success. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family, and neighbors.
The final result was beyond my expectations. My new roof not only looks fantastic, but it also has improved the energy efficiency of my home. I have noticed a significant decrease in my energy bills since the installation. I have also received many compliments from my neighbors about how great my roof looks.
The end result was a beautifully repaired roof that exceeded my expectations. The roofers had done an excellent job and even took the time to show me before and after pictures so I could see the extent of the repairs.
