I hired David and crew not only because he gave me a good price but also because I felt he really would take my vision, with my tight budget, and make it look amazing. I'm so happy with what he and his team have done. I'm a single mom and had no help. He drove with me to stores to purchase the right appliances and the right fixtures, lugged heavy purchases onto his truck and spent hours with me making decisions that really were not his responsibility. He cared and for that I'm grateful. My house is not just a house, it's a home. Thanks so much!!

Wow, where do I even begin. David and his crew are amazing, he went above and beyond our expectations and we can't thank him enough. We needed to quickly convert our garage with attached bonus room to a 2 bedroom ADU for a friend in need during the pandemic and David made sure to do everything in his power to get her and her son moved in quickly under very difficult circumstances with the city being shut down. We had a remodel of a garage that we converted into an accessory dwelling unit. We had an archItect handle the plans and we had interviewed several builders to do the construction. I came across Cavalier builders via Yelp and a few other review sites and couldn't believe the number of positive reviews they had. Over 50 +recommendations, all with 5 star ratings and very detailed explanations as to why they were so good. So we called them and met with David Moshe, the owner of Cavalier Builders. Out of all of the builders we spoke with, David listened to what we wanted and gave us concrete steps on how he would accomplish our project. He also gave us the areas of potential obstacles (our property straddles Los Angeles and Culver City). He also provided the most detailed Statement of Work with straight forward costing. Our decision to go with Cavalier was the right one!We ran into a few obstacles with the plans that our architect had made, but David and his team took care of making what was on paper a reality and it turned out awesome... and on budget.A a couple more things about Cavalier. They are a family business. Everyone that works there is either a family member or a long time friend. The supervisor on our project has worked with David for 30 years. It really makes a difference.And to top it off, when our building inspector was doing the final inspection (by the way, we passed all inspections the first time) he told me "these guys really do great work." Coming from someone who has to deal with all sorts of builders day in and day out, that was the best compliment of all.So now I have become another one of those reviews for Cavalier that is giving them 5 stars. There's nothing fun about having a busted water pipe in the kitchen under your flooring! But David and his gang were professional and quick to find the problem and have it fixed in as short a time as possible. Since they were already working in the kitchen we decided to redo all our lighting and repaint. They were very neat and all the employees were extremely kind. There is no other company I would call for any job around the house big or small! Thank you David and Cavalier Builders !

My master bathroom remodel was recently completed by Cavalier Builders, and I am excited to say that they helped create my dream bathroom! I had hired them last summer to take care of some smaller jobs around my condo, such as redesigning a closet and painting. I was pleased with their work and professionalism, so I decided to hire them for the bathroom remodel, and am so glad I did.Given the spacial limitations I had, Sharon helped me visualize and create a great aesthetic and functional room. He was very patient with me as I weighed the decisions of what materials I wanted to use, and offered pros and cons for various choices along the way. The crew was very friendly and careful in my home. I appreciated how much emphasis they placed on small details to make sure nothing was missed.You won't be disappointed with choosing Cavalier for your project!

Cavalier Builders and its President Sharon Moshe is one of the best business remodeling companies I have ever worked with.Sharon made this project absolutely seamless , for a new beautiful new high end kitchen in a Studio City Ca condo. His workers are all experts in their field from plumbing to electricians to his cabinet people and counter tops. We have worked with many companies in the past, but Cavalier Builders exceeded our expectations. If an obstacle arose, he would contact us and work through the various solutions. His countless hours were very much appreciated.The workers are neat, always polite and on time, and respect the other people living in the building. What a great decision it was to hire Sharon and his wonderful company. What really set them apart from other companies was they are just good hearted people with affordable pricing. At first I was only remodeling my master bathroom but they did such an amazing job that I decided to go ahead and have them remodel the kitchen and the bedrooms.
