I manage commercial real estate for a living and have 30+ yrs.experience. The owner of the company sounded polite, professional, and smart so I hired him for a varied list of electrical items. Two workmen came and their English was a bit of a problem. I showed them where I wanted power run-it turned out to be quite expensive, and they weren't sure how to run the circuit discreetly, so I nixed that (and ran a dark extension cord, made a cut in the molding, and taped it on the underside of a window sill and it worked fine). I wanted soffit lights around a high ceiling-they said it was impossible to add a box where I wanted to (so it would be accessible for 2 circuits). They were messy, put tools directly on my baby grand piano and left pieces of wire all over the floor. A light switch/outlet needed replacing-he put on a dirty, old cover plate which he cracked while installing and left it. I never got a call to finish the job. BUYER BEWARE!
