NEVER use these people!! These folks installed an HVAC system for us in August 2012. Now the heating doesn't work. I have called them 7 times trying to get them to come and fix the unit which is still under warranty. If I call the first line, no one speaks English and they either hang up on me or give me the second line. When I call the second line, no one answers and there is no voice mail set up. What a rip off!!!
