Had an ongoing clogged line problem that would clog about every 6 months...think Mr. Rooter has finally fixed it...has been more then 2 year's and no problem!!! Thanks Mr. Rooter of Long Beach....DJ
Called 2 hours later to say they could not make it until the next day. Left me in the lurch late in the day.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. I tried to get a estimate over the phone for a simple 10-15 minute, easy access clean out job for a kitchen sink....was told a techhad to come and inspect the job....wouldn't even give me a ball park figure. Upon a LATE arrival I was quoted a range of prices from $116 upwards to $335....GET REAL !!! This company tries to take advantage of the fact you have standing water and want it fixed now. I called another company and they were exceptionally nice. When I explained the problem and the fact there was easy access I was told a plumber would be here within the hour and the charge would be $50....and the work is guaranteed. BE CAUTIOUS !!!
Andy was right on time. Cleared the blockage, replaced a piece of pipe and cleaned up after. We're very pleased. With the service.
I had busted shower handle that need to be replaced on Sunday morning. I called Mr. Rooter and within 15-20 minutes a plumbing tech (Tom M.) was at my door. He carried himself with great professionalism and explained my options, the issue ended up being a little tougher than I expected which would've been a nightmare if I would've tried to do it myself. Tom used his expertise and knocked it out in under an hour. Thus is the second time using Mr. Rooter so I had to take the time to write a well deserved review for them. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!!
