Please be very careful if you choose to do business with 5 Points Sash & Door (Aaron)!! I purchased 13 replacement window for my home remodel and hired them to do the installation. The 5 Points Installers ("my best crew") made a mess of my new stucco. To 5 Points credit they did admit to the poor workmanship and sent out a crew to repair the mess they created but this additional work damage my new stucco and required me to re-stucco portions of my house at an additional cost of $1,400. Aaron told me that he would NOT pay for this work and said, "that this is the cost of doing business". All I wanted was what I paid for... instead I had to deal with negative and unprofessional people that were unable to take responsibility for their mistakes!
