Of the four bids we got, Swan was the only firm that was able to work with us to make the plan fit into budget, got the work done early, used the highest end pool equipment, provided the best warranty, and were the overall easiest to work with. We had a pool install and yard landscaped by Swan. What a mistake very poor quality work. Totally mislead by their saleman, and no response to any warranty work.

Sales will promise anything to get the business, but deliver something else. Deceptive sales practice. Very poor customer service. Very difficult to get issues resolved.
