This is the second time I have had this company clean my carpets and as pleased as I was the first time, I'm even more so now. They not only have what seems to be state-of-the-art equipment but have an obvious motivation to please the customer. They listen to what you want done and get it done right. On top of that, they are very price competitive for the quality work they do. I will hire them again for sure.
Great provider ... Louie operates a 1st rate business and always does a super job when he comes out. Greatly recommended to Everybody in Clovis/Fresno!
They had to come out 3 times. The first time the carpets didn't get Cleaned. The 2nd time they sprayed and left the carpets so wet it soaked a towel I put down. When I finally called and talked to the manager, he had them come back and instead of vacuuming up the water, they left 3 dryers. Our carpets are now ruined. Be careful if you use this company.
