Very disappointed in the service and estimates for window replacement. We have had Pella Windows for 25 years in all but three rooms. In the store, the one person on duty could give me no pricing. When getting an in-home quote, the representative was not overly friendly. He did get the pricing emailed to me. I made some revisions. He never followed up after giving me the revised quote. Perhaps my job was not big enough for him.
