We loved working with Jill when we made our purchase. She was very helpful providing options for fabric choices and furniture that would coordinate with our style. I would definitely recommend her to my friends! The delivery team was professional, courteous and made sure that we were satisfied with the furniture as well as the placement of it before they left.
Very helpful sales person, helped me with what I was looking for. The young men that delivered the sofa were very helpful , they had to move some furniture and did that with care. All in all the experience with Bassett was very good and will shop there and tell others about my experience with you.
Staff was very helpful in helping us choose the right color and fabric for our new sectional - even coming to the house to look at the setting. We feel like we made the right choice. Sectional came in only two pieces. Lazy Boy would have been at least three.
Came in to order a new 1 1/2 chair and ottoman. Ended up finding a beautiful rug as well. The design team did a great job answering our question and helping us narrow in on style and fabric. The delivery team was top notch too. Will always make Bassett our first stop for any future furniture needs.

Love our new Kennedy sofa and Lauren accent chair. We love the quality of the furniture. The fabric is good and it is so comfortable. Not only is the furniture beautiful, but customer relations are above and beyond caring. Love it!

Bassett came out to our house and measured our rooms and gave appropriate suggestions for furniture to fit each room. They also provided computer renderings of how it would look with different types of furniture.
